Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) intends to make award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Accuity, Inc for the purchase of additional Global Banking Resource and Banker's Almanac - Subscription. The Global Banking Resource is a comprehensive, database of financial institutions, including contacts, correspondents, subsidiaries, affiliates, financial and payment information and much more. FINCEN relies on The Global Banking Resource to provide the most accurate, reliable, up-to-date financial institution data, and routing information available. Accuity is the sole proprietor of The Global Banking Resource and Accuity does not have authorized resellers to resell their subscriptions services or products and cannot be provided by any other source. Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than August 13, 2020 at 09:00 AM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide FINCEN the same Accuity product as provided by Accuity, Inc. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the product. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected] - Attention: JS/MH SS-FIN-20-106. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
