This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS is 336112. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Requirement Details: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is requesting quotes for the purchase of a Model 2000XL Tucker Terra SNO-CAT Vehicle and Transport Trailer with a trade-in of a 2012 Tucker Model 2000D1-38-6-173. This is a brand name requirement, and details regarding our requirements are outlined in the attached specification documents. All quotes received shall include FOB Destination. All requests to view the trade-in must be received no later than September 13, 2021 at 2pm PST . A limit of one guest per potential offer is allowed, and details regarding the viewing will be provided if requests are received by the stated deadline via email to [email protected]. It is not mandatory to view the trade-in, and no questions will be answered during the visit. To facilitate the government's planning; please provide the name, organizational affiliation, phone number, e-mail address and citizenship of the proposed attendee. All Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than September 16, 2021 at 2 pm PST in order to have time to respond before closing date.
