MARAD Title XI ProgramScope of Work for CPPMS Data Entry BACKGROUND The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking qualified bidders to perform document research and data entry of the Department on Transportation's Credit Program Performance Monitoring System (CPPMS). MARAD will provide access to CPPMS and to relevant documents that contain the information required to be entered into CPPMS. There are approximately 63 Title XI contracts currently in place. SERVICES REQUIRED: Contractor will be required to review a number of documents in MARAD's files to locate information such as interest rate, closing date, vessel name and type, company contact information and amortization schedules. Data located will be entered into CPPMS. There are approximately 125 data elements for each of the contracts. DELIVERABLES Contractor shall populate all data elements for all existing contracts within 60 days of the date of contract award. If any data element is not available, contractor shall provide a list of such element for follow-up by MARAD staff. Orientation and training of contractor on CPPMS system will be performed by MARAD staff. Execution of a confidentiality agreement will be required. The contractor will not have access to MARAD staff/resources for assistance in the location of data to be entered, although MARAD staff will locate documents. An orientation meeting will be required as well as a closeout meeting. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is for 60 days from the date of award.
