PURPOSE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed price construction contract to Reflash Leaking Windows and Carpet Replacement at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Salt Lake City, Utah. II. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the project, in accordance with the contract clauses, specifications and drawings. Work under this project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1) Patch, repair and repainting of the interior gypsum wall board window surrounds, as well as replacing the window sills. 2) Replacement of approximately 11,100 square feet total of broadloom carpet with carpet tile on the 2nd floor of the Automation Wing.
