Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3CTMG4126A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard not to exceed $14,000,000.00. (v) CLIN 0001 - Complete removal and disposal of existing wash rack system in Bldg 543. Purchase and installation of high pressure water lines for a manual wash system in the same location. See attached Request for Quotation. (vi) Complete removal and disposal of existing wash rack system in Bldg 543. Purchase and installation of high pressure water lines for a manual wash system in the same location as outlined in the attached statement of work. (vii) Place of performance is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB destination. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The other factors considered will be the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the items above. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (x) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
