D -- Renewal of Software Maintenance

On behalf of the Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS), The Office of the Secretary, Office of the Senior Procurement Executive, Acquistion Services Division, intends to issue a purchase order to ESRI of Redlands, CA for annual maintenance and product updates to an existing ESRI software suite on an other than full and open competition basis. ESRI is the only source known to BTS that provides maintenance to their software.
