99--Administration Wing Mini-Mod Upgrade project at the Air Route Traffic Control Center in Olathe, KS

BASE: 1) Remove and dispose of metal partition wall and suspended ceiling systems, utility chase wall, doors, fan coil units, conduit, outlets, electrical circuits, light fixtures, ductwork and plumbing, and all friable and non-friable asbestos containing material. Remove and dispose of the pipes feeding the 2-pipe system for the fan coil units located on the first and second floor of the Administration Wing office area. 2) Remove Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) light ballast and fluorescent lamps, and deliver to the FAA Facility Environmental and Safety Specialist for disposal. 3) Provide new wall systems, doors and frames, paint, suspended acoustical ceiling, light fixtures, floor and wall tile, wet-pipe sprinkler system, electrical circuit and outlets, ductwork, plumbing and carpet. Provide new pipe for the 2-pipe system for the fan coil units located on the first and second floor of the Administration Wing office area. ALTERNATIVE 1: 1) Remove and dispose of the existing pipes feeding the 4-pipe system for the fan coil units located in Room 1033 and Corridors 1026, 1032 and 1048. 2) Provide new pipe for the 4-pipe system for the fan coil units located in Room 1033 and Corridors 1026, 1032 and 1048. ALTERNATIVE 2: 1) Remove and dispose of the existing chase wall, plumbing, floor tile, lavatory fixtures and accessories, and light fixtures in Rooms 1021 and 1022. 2) Provide new chase wall, plumbing, porcelain wall and floor tilw, light fixtures, lavatory fixtures and accessories, and painting in Rooms 1021 and 1022. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROJECT. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: $250,000.00 to $750,000.00
