Installation of Security Fence and Access Controls, MCI ATCT. Kansas City, Missouri This project consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Furnish competent surveying resources to properly layout the fence, gate locations, new entrance configurations for the west and east and provide horizontal and vertical control. 2. Perform site preparation for the Security Fence, including: a. Required grading and earthwork. b. Required saw cutting of existing pavement and sidewalks. c. Furnish and install reinforced concrete foundations, concrete columns, sidewalks, curbs, and pavements where required. d. Required demolition and relocation of light fixtures, planters, signs, and islands. e. Furnish and install Earth Electrode System (EES). f. Furnish and install conduit and cabling, hand holes, modification of existing Airport Man Hole and pulling of cables and cables. g. Furnish and install Security Equipment and all conduits, wire and components. Provide all necessary programming to ensure that all security components function as required. h. Provide necessary training on gate operators, barrier arm, and security software. i. Furnish and install Ornamental Fence and all necessary hardware. j. Furnish and install Gate Operators, and Barrier Arm. k. Provide and maintain the existing security of the facility at all times during construction 24 hours a day. l. Repair and or replace all items, and areas impacted during construction to the original condition. 3. Implement and maintain a quality control plan to ensure contract compliance. Conduct all required tests and checks to verify contract compliance.
