The general scope of the project is the replacement of various interior finishes within the Airport Traffic Control Tower(ATCT)on Eppley Airport in Omaha, Nebraska. Project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: • Remove the wall base and Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) floor tile and ACM mastic in designated areas. • Prepare surface and install an abrasive two-part epoxy in designated areas. • Remove the existing carpet and replace with rubber floor tile in Elevator Car. • Replace existing light fixture in elevator. • Remove and replace existing recessed floor mat. • Install new vinyl composition floor tile and rubber wall base in designated areas. • Replace the carpet with releasable carpet tile in designated areas. • Remove and dispose of the existing wall-mounted screens. • Patch, repair and paint all walls in designated areas. • Remove the existing water closets and replace with wall-mounted water closets. • Supply and install new dual flush valves. • Replace existing ceiling tile and grid systems. • Replace insulated window unit. • Replace Electro-static Dissipative (ESD) carpet. • Remove and dispose of existing free-standing range, toaster and toaster-oven. Off-load, assemble and install new Government Furnished range, toaster and toaster-oven. • Remove and dispose of existing break room furniture. Off-load, assemble and install new Government Furnished furniture.
