This project includes all work associated with the Repair Siding Parapet and Re-caulk and Re-paint exterior surfaces at the Air Traffic Control Facility, Harlingen, Texas. The work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Remove existing cab catwalk, lower to ground, sandblast/prep, prime and paint. 2. Prep, prime and paint tower shaft roof panels, etc. 3. Prep, prime and paint control cab/window steel framing, exterior cab access door/frame, etc. 4. Repair any damage/punctures/holes/cracking/flaking in the existing EIFS system o the entire ATCT shaft and cab. 5. Remove existing caulk/sealant backer rod and install new caulk/sealant and backer rod in all EIFS joints/edges, etc. 6. Remove and replace the damaged sections of base building prefinished steel parapet wall fascia (approx. 100 L.F.) and prim pieces with new pre-finished steel panels to match existing. 7. Prep and paint all steel exterior doors and door frames. 8. Clean and polish all anodized aluminum doors, windows, and frames on the ATCT. 9. Install a screw-applied drip cap at door header of aluminum entrance door. 10. Replace the damaged metal louver on the base building. 11. Repair/replace the damage base building exterior door hardware on both the door and frame.
