99--Roof Replacement, Interior and Exterior Work at the Airport Traffic Control Tower, Enid, Oklahoma

This project includes all work associated with the replacement of a roof, paint exterior steel around the cab, re-flash air conditioning units and other siding penetrations and interior finish ceiling replacement at the Airport Traffic Control Tower at Enid, Oklahoma The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Replace cab roof; b. Paint/re-caulk cab exterior steel and catwalk; c. Wet-seal/glaze cab glass; d. Re-flash and seal exterior siding penetrations; e. Replace suspended ceiling in five areas; and f. Repair and paint sheetrock walls in restroom. Time: 30 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $100,000 - $200,000 NACI: 238160 Size Standards: $14.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project.
