This project includes all work associated with the Building Moisture Control at the Airport Traffic Control Tower and Base Building, Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City, Missouri The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Perform general repairs and maintenance to the ATCT and Base Building exterior envelopes, including resealing concrete and metal panels, resealing penetrations and louvers, re-insulation and re-roofing, and other items as outlined below and detailed in the specifications.b. Alter some interior walls and finishes. Repair walls and interior finishes as shown below and detailed in the specifications.c. Perform mechanical and plumbing upgrades and additions, including installation of new floor drain covers, installation of new heaters and dehumidifiers, as outlined below and detailed in the specifications. Time: 120 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $750,000 - $1,500,000 NACI: 236220 Size Standards: $33.5 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project.
