The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and reinstallation of scissor lift in chiller/boiler areaway. Removal of piping, power and controls to two chillers. Removal of two nominal 300 ton chillers. Modification of existing reinforced concrete equipment pads. Installation of two new water cooled, centrifugal chillers (nominal 450 ton compressors producing 280 tons of cooling capacity utilizing R-123 refrigerant). Installation of new piping, insulation and valves. Installation of new power conduit, wiring and disconnect switches. Installation of new controls conduit, wiring and programming to tie into the existing building automation system. Demolition and installation of new chilled water chemical feed system.
