This project includes all work associated with the construction of the Automation Wing Second Floor Renovation project at the Air Route Traffic Control Center Facility, Olathe, Kansas. The work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of existing furnishings from the work area.2. Demolition of existing architectural, mechanical, and electrical construction within the work area.3. Construction of new wall partitions, doors, etc., and architectural finishes to the desired layout.4. Construction of electrical lighting, power distribution, and telecommunications within the work area.5. Construction of mechanical air handling units, ductwork, devices, and environmental controls for conditioning of the work area.6. Construction of plumbing systems, including water supply and waste piping, fixtures and appurtenances7. Construction of fire detection.8. Design and construction of a wet-pipe sprinkler fire protection system for the work area.
