Install new LOC shelter on new associated foundation, all equipment, wiring, etc. Remove existing LOC shelter's wind screens, Relocate and reinstall wind screens at new LOC shelter location. Refurbish existing DME litl-o0ver mast, install DME antenna and equipment. Remove existing GS antennas and equipment, refurbish existing GS tower, Install GFM GS antennas, furnish/install new material and equipment on the existing GS tower and shelter. Install GFM. Furnish/install all above grade and blow grade grounding conductors, ground rods, and exothermic weld. Restore grade at all disturbed and effected areas.
