The work for this project includes, but is not limited to: Installation, terminating, splicing (as required) and testing of approximately 42,000 feet of fiber optic in existing FAA duct bank and inner duct. Fiber optic cable shall be installed from end to end to the service points. Fiber optic cables is Government Furnished Material (GFM), and consist of 29,000 foot run of 144 strand single mode cable and one 13,000 foot run of 96 strand single mode cable. The installation shall include cleaning and pumping manholes, cleaning the required ducts and cable. There are approximately 116 existing manholes and hand holes.
