Demolish and dispose of twenty-two (22) existing Fan Coil Units in second floor of Administration Wing and one (01) in the basement room B-111. Install nineteen (19) new Fan Coil Units in Administration Wing 2nd floor and one (01) in Basement room B-111 as specified per contract documents. Demolition shall include new isolation valves and appurtenances. New Fan Coil Unit to have factory installed unit mounted thermostats. Coordinate demolition and installation with COR so at all-time one side of room 2025 A&B can be used as a conference room. Work on opposite side of the conference room can only be done when one side is finished. Coordinate work on demolition and installation for rooms 2024, 2022 and 2020 with the COR to minimize work interruption.
