Announcement the release of the RFP for the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) supporting the NCI Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC)/Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR)

PURPOSE: THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce the following information: 1) NCI anticipates releasing a second DRAFT RFP and the timeline for release of the second DRFP will be announced in a separate notice. 2) Currently, NCI anticipates that the formal RFP will be released in the early portion of the 2022 calendar year. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Additional information concerning the competitive process for the contract will be announced on https://beta.sam.gov/ as well as at the FNLCR Acquisition Portal: https://www.cancer.gov/about-nci/contracts/fnlcr-acquisitions/.
