Intent to Sole Source - Support and Maintenance of the Q-Flow Patient Tracking System

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to exercise an option with ACF Technologies, Inc for support and maintenance of the Q-Flow Patient Tracking System. Period of performance: 1st Option Period: 6/1/2022 – 5/31/2023 2nd Option Period: 6/1/2023 – 5/31/2024 3rd Option Period: 6/1/2024 – 5/31/2025 4th Option Period: 6/1/2025 – 5/31/2026 NAICS 511210 with a small business set aside standard of $41.5 million applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 9:00 am MDT on May 19, 2022. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
