Tracking Number: IHS1462324 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), located in/at Dzith-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center, 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, New Mexico is seeking capable 1) Native American-Owned Small Business or Indian Economic Enterprise Small Business, or 2) any other Socio-Economic Small Business interested in providing the resources to satisfy this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Dental and Medical Supplies, Materials, and, Hand Instruments on “As Needed Basis” to Dzith-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center located in Bloomfield, New Mexico. The anticipated delivery date will be 12 continuous months beginning from the Date of Award. The anticipated period of performance or delivery date is 01/24/2023 – 1/23/2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 -- Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
