The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research, pursuant to FAR Part 10 Market Research, to identify potential parties from the marketplace capable of providing professional services for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health's (CDRH) requirement for Medical Device Active Surveillance System . This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. The information being sought is purely voluntary for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the FDA. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify businesses of all sizes on GSA MAS Schedule 54151HEAL Health Information Technology Services with the capabilities to provide the services stated herein. Businesses that do not have a contract on this schedule or any GSA schedule may submit a response as well. SMALL BUSINESSES are encouraged to submit a response.
