R -- OMB Circular A76 Study for GSA, Office of Finance, Indian Trust Accounting Division, Lanham, Maryland

In accordance with OMB Circular No. A-76, General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Finance, Indian Trust Accounting Division, plans to conduct a standard competition for tasks performed in Lanham, Maryland. Services currently being provided include, but may not be limited to, providing accounting reports, accounting services, research, and expert witness testimony on accounting and related matters concerning Indian tribal claims. The incumbent service provider is the government. Approximately 32 government employees currently are performing this activity. The Competitive Sourcing Official is Ms. Susan Marshall, Office of Performance Improvement, Washington, D.C. The Contracting Officer is Ms. Kathleen Sewell, Federal Supply Service, Management Services Center, Auburn, Washington. The Agency Tender Official is Ms. Debi Schilling, Director of Budget, Washington,D. C. The projected end date of the competition is June, 2004.
