Option 2 Work - Demolition, alterations, and construction work required to replace existing AHU-5A and AHU-5 equipment with AHU-11 and 12 equipment. Remove abandoned equipment including ductwork, piping, controls and balancing in a fully occupied Federal Building. Complete HRU-1 system, test, balancing and commissioning of system.
