D -- The services required in this Blanket Purchase Agreement are telecommunications, equipment and services

This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is for three (3) geographical areas which are as follows: NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY AND CARIBBEAN REGION with a total of nine (9) different zonal areas. This is BPA is totally set-aside for Small Business Concerns with the area set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business which is in certain areas in New York City. This is a BPA for one year with four one year options. This is a Performance Based Firm Fixed Price BPA. This BPA will consist of the following tasks: Telecommunications and IT equipment Installation Service.
