X -- The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in the Atlanta, Georgia area suitable for use by the Social Security Administration.

REQUIRED: Approximately 11,135 BOMA rentable square feet of space. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at 2630 MLK Jr. Drive, SW, Atlanta, Georgia through a superseding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines (estimated move cost is $6.19 per square foot). LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five years firm, beginning on or about March 1, 2004 through February 28, 2009.
