Notice of intent to use other than full and open competition: The US Government currently occupies 500 usable square feet of space in Huntsville, AL, under a lease that will expire soon. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for the current spaced based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included in the rental consideration.
