UNITED STATES GOVERNMENTNotice of Intent to Lease Space Heathrow, Florida The U.S. Government presently occupies office space under an expiring lease in Heathrow, Florida. The General Services Administration is conducting a space rental analysis for a 10 year, five firm term lease for 2,840 rentable square feet of office and related space. Any alternative space must be of equal or better quality and provided on not more than two floors. Location: Space must be located within an area bounded by or fronting on the following highways: North: Highway 46A South: Highway 434 East: Highway 417 West: Interstate I-4 The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and quality, available, at an economic advantage to the Government including all upfitting costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and tenant agency’s special requirements.
