Z -- Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Construction Term Contract

The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government-owned and leased facilities at various locations in Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania counties, Southern New Jersey and the State of Delaware. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s). The requirement is being set aside for both 8(a) contractors and HUBZone contractors. Individual delivery orders will be placed utilizing pre-priced line items as stated in the solicitation. The approximate quantity of construction services anticipated to be performed under this contract is $2.5 million per year. The contract will be for one year, with the option of extending the contract period for four one-year periods. Best Value Source Selection Procedures will be utilized for this procurement to determine awardee(s). The Government may make multiple awards under the subject solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 with a size standard of $28.5 million.
