This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number GS-02P-15-PC-P-0005 is being issued as a Request for Proposal in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The associated NAICS is 454310 Fuel Dealers and the applicable SBA Small Business Size Standard is 50 employees. Proposals will only be considered from vendors who are a Small Business in accordance with NAICS 454310 and the applicable size standard of no more than 50 employees. Requirement Location • 1) The location of the service to be performed is 225 Cadman Plaza East, Emanuel Celler Courthouse, Brooklyn, NY 11201 . - The requirement is for 10,000 gallons of #2 Heating Oil. Delivery Date is Friday, February 6, 2015. Delivery time to be confirmed at time of award. There will be a point of contact on-site for this delivery to allocate the amount of oil in each tank. Site Information - Two (2) 10,000 gallon UST; Requires the necessary couplings required for a 4" diameter long nose for the gasoline station connector/fitting; 5,000 Gallon capacity truck can be accommodated on site; connections are within 40 feet of truck staging area. 2) Quotes must be submitted on company letter head signed by an authorized representative. Please include the firm's DUNS number on the quote. Evaluation Criteria The potential award will be made to the vendor that offers the lowest overall price. Proposed prices must be valid for 7 days after the due date of the proposals. The deadline for quotes is Wednesday, February 4, 2015 by 2:00 pm. EST.
