ArcFuels Functionality Enhancement

This is an announcement of intent to award a sole-source research contract; no solicitation of other sources for this work is intended by this announcement. Description of Work: Enhance functionality to modify ArcGIS grid values, with the desired end applications of updating Fuel Model grid, updating Canopy Cover and reduction factors, and changing Canopy Base Height. Enhance risk assessment tools for compatibility with FSIM/FLAMMAP Enhance conversion process to build binary landscape files from ArcGIS Prototype burn probability web service Update Select Stand Update Build LCP using Grid Data/Treatment Adjustments The work is a follow-on contract for existing software development specific to wildfire modeling and risk assessment as a combined research and application tool for analyzing fuel management/wildfire issues.
