FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, THIS IS A DIRECT CONVERSION NOTICE. The USDA Forest Service announces the direct conversion of the Model 52 Wildland Engine services to existing GSA contracts under the policies of OMB Circular A-76. This includes the fabrication, refurbishment, and maintenance of Model 52 wildland fire engines performed at the USDA Forest Service, Model 52 Wildland Engine shop is located at Missoula Technology and Development Center, 5785 Hwy 10 W,Missoula, MT 59808. This direct conversion action is the result of an assessment conducted by the USDA Forest Service. There are 5 federal positions performing this activity.
