X -- Commercially Lease Parking Garage Spaces

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General, located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, for the commercial lease of 8 each parking garage spaces on a monthly basis. The commercial facility must provide customer; 24-hour surveillance on all vehicles entering and existing the location; and be located within a close proximity to the Federal Plaza location. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Request for such documents will be considered nonresponsive. Vendors who can furnish this requirement or its functional equivalent are invited to submit their written prices, dates of availability, and any data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement.
