X -- Commercially Lease Parking Garage Spaces

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General, located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, for the commercial lease of 8 parking garage spaces on a monthly basis. The commercial facility must provide customer 24-hour access to the parking garage; 24-hour surveillance on all vehicles entering and existing the location; and be located within a close proximity to the Federal Plaza location. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXIST. Request for such documents will be considered non-responsive. Vendors who can furnish this requirement or its functional equivalent are invited to submit their written prices, dates of availability, and any data sufficient to determine capability to meet the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a price quotation via fax on 202-690-1282; if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
