Y -- Rehabilitation of Seven Existing Water Reservoirs on South End of Cherokee National Forest

Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment and labor to make concrete repairs (interior and exterior), prepare, waterproof and disinfect the interior of two concrete water reservoirs at Chilhowee Recreation Area. Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to clean, disinfect, and make manway seal repairs for one additional concrete reservoir at the Tellico Ranger Station. Furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to clean, touch-up waterproofing, and disinfect the interior of three concrete water reservoirs (Indian Boundary and Ocoee Whitewater Center) and two fiberglass reservoirs (Parksville Campground and Work Center). All work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans. The work (7 reservoirs) is located in five different geographic areas within an approximately 40 mile radius. Chilhowee Recreation Area, Parksville Campground and Work Center, and the Ocoee Whitewater Center are located in Polk County, Tennessee. Indian Boundary Recreation Area and the Tellico Ranger's ffice are located in Monroe County, Tennessee. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis to the responsive responsible quoter offering the best value to the government, price and other factors considered.
