Z -- Furnish and Place Hot Asphalt Concrete Plant Mix on Peavine-Sheeds Creek Road #221

Provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals to place pavement on existing gravel roadbed on Peavine-Sheeds Creek Road, #221, in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans, in Polk County, TN. Work consists of the following: grading roadbed to remove wash-boarding, ruts, humps, or other irregularities and to maintain the existing cross-slope; spreading existing aggregate uniformly across the roadbed; applying water to the roadbed at rate specified by the CO; compacting existing roadbed with a steel-wheeled roller (minimum of 3 passes); placing BM base mix. Work shall commence within 15 days after the Contractor receives Notice to Proceed.
