R6 Contracting North intends to award a contract for the procurement and delivery of equipment for (6) six Forest Service Fire Command Vehicles for the Okanogan-Wenatchee National forest. Contractor is expected to supply items only, the government auto shop will be responsible for installation of equipment. Payment will be made after receipt and acceptance of equipment. A single award will be made for all item. Contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database for award. Contractors who are not currently registered or must re-activate their accounts are encouraged to do so they can be considered for award. Contractors shall note that as a Federal Agency, we do not pay state or local sales tax. DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT: The equipment for the fire command vehicles consists of but not limited to light bars, grill lights, control heads with P/A, speakers and consoles. The specific equipment for each of the six vehicles is described in the Equipment Request Form. See Attachment A - Equipment Request Forms and Submittal of Quote.
