Solicitation is being canceled due to the needed revision of specs. Will be readvertised in the near future. Modification I "The requirement for 14-inch ground clearance is an error. The unit we want to purchase must have a ground clearance of at least 10 inches. This may require the use of 24-inch tires." Question answered "Is the fire extinguisher mount and fire extinguisher mandatory or can this be added to the machine at a later date?" "They can be added later, as long as they are installed before delivery. Delivery must be complete by the end of the contract period of performance, which is December 31, 2021." Original Purchase of 9 Utility Vehicles, 1 Golf Cart, and 1 All-Terrain Vehicle with allowance made for trade-in of the Golf Cart. Delivery & pick up is located at the Kisatchie National Forest in Pineville LA. Evaluation is the lowest priced technically acceptable offer based on the specifications given.
