The below information is related to the Source Sought Notice ID 15F067220000001 – Centralized Fire and Life Safety Control Monitoring Command Interface System If your company is interesting in attending the Site visit, please follow steps listed below. 1. RSVP email to Andrea Dailey at email [email protected] and Sherry Trowbridge at email [email protected] with three (3) attendees names with FD-816 - (if applicable) Details for those not having Redstone/FBI Badges : Return FBI/RSA completed access forms to Andrea Dailey by NO LATER THAN 25 May 2022 at 1:00 CDT (all times are CDT) A visitor access request (FD-816) form must be submitted per visitor ( three (3) attendees per contactor) without access to FBI/RSA who plan on attending and you must check in at the FBI visitor center prior to accessing the base for the site visit. All contractors that do not have access to FBI/RSA will need to arrive 0915 CST at the FBI Visitor Center. The FBI will be transporting you to the IOB via government vehicle(s). The address to DipWich (just South of the FBI visitor center) is 2100 Rideout Rd. Huntsville, AL 35806. Details for those having Redstone/FBI badges : Contractors ( three (3) attendees per contactor) with Redstone/FBI badges can meet at the front of the IOB at 1030. Visitors will utilize the parking garage and walk to the IOB (Bldg 4943) Site visit Agenda Site visit: 14 and 15 June 2022 (Contractors will attend only one day not both) The meeting will begin in the IOB (Bldg 4943) -FBI North Site, Redstone Arsenal This visit is limited to three (3) attendees per contractor. Agenda: 0915 Offerors without Redstone/FBI badges arrive at FBI Redstone Visitor Center for Processing 1000 GOV POC meets offerors at FBI Redstone Visitor Center and transport to IOB 1030 Offerors sign in at IOB 1100-1110 Welcome/Ground Rules 1115 - 1130 Project Orientation 1140 – 1300 Site visit 1315 Transport Offerors back to the FBI Visitor Center Attachments 1.
