Mitratech Law Manager Maintenance

The Department of Justice, Washington DC intends to procure via sole source from Mitratech, Law Manager software licensing. Law Manager software licensing can only be obtained from Mitratech directly. This notice is not a request for proposals. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) was approved for this action. Please see attached JOFOC for additional information. This item has been determined to be a commercial item applicable to FAR Part 12, and this notice is published in accordance with the rules in FAR Part 5 & 13. The Contracting Officer has determined a response time of 7 days. Responses submitted after the established response date may not be considered.
