Description

The Office of Justice Programs intends to modify Contract OJP-98-C-010 to extend the period of performance from August 26,2002 through September 26, 2002. The contract is being extended to allow the contractor to continue providing services as part of Option Year III tasking requirements. This performance period extension is necessary to allow for the continued operation of the ADAM program pending the award of a new contract currently under evaluation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
