Potential sources sought. The Coast Guard is seeking qualified sources to consider in an award of a purchase order, for running gear entanglement sytems net, for use with the RGES Static Barrier MK11. This item is manufacturered by "Diamond Net."Quantity, 20 (each), 100 feet long, yellow in color for mk-11 static barrier. Delivery will be F.O.B Destination, U.S. Coast Guard YARD, Baltimore, Maryland. It is the Government's belief that the item required can only be obtained from authorized distributors, you are required to provide authorized distributorship from "Diamond Net" to the U.S. Coast Guard within, (3-5) days of this announcement. However, other potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities can submit such data discussing the same within the above timeframe. The following information must be provided to evaluate the acceptability of the offered parts; 1)Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the functional and serviceability characteristics), or, 2)Data that the offered item have been satisfactorily manufacturered for the government or the original equipment manufacturer.
