INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE & TESTING OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM

SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to provide preventive and routine maintenance service to all Base Kodiak owned and operated radio communications equipment; provide diagnostic and evaluation services; provide 24/7/365 technical support to authorized radio system users; provide radio system training to authorized Base personnel; provide radio system architecture map/site survey and assistance with recapitalization and system compliance upgrade planning, in accordance with the attach Statement of Work (SOW) on the USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska. The contractor shall furnish in writing to evidence of being an Authorized Motorola Service Stations and Certified Service Station in accordance with the attached SOW. The work is located at on the USCG Base, Kodiak, Alaska. Contractor will be selected based on price and demonstrated understanding per the SOW. Section 2 of SOW focuses on technical requirements. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period: SEPT 2016 - SEPT 2017, PLUS 1 OPTION YEAR SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, and a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of the required information to the Contracting Officer for approval. Include manufacture's catalog data, certificates and other evidence indicating compliance with the specifications Per Submittals Requirements of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable federal, state, and local construction and environmental regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK AND ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD UPON REQUEST. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS $50,000 - $100,000.
