The USCG Telecommunication and Information Systems Command has a requirement for the following service(s): 1) GoodLink Premium Support, Premium TS User Account (Annual Account Fee, Minimum 250 Users), 01 each 2) GoodLink Premium Support, Premium User (Annual User Fee, Minimum 250 Users, 3,000 each . FOB Destination delivery to USCG TISCOM, 7323 Telegraph Rd,Alexandria, VA 22315-3940. The support is for the USCG??s five (5) Enterprise Goodlink servers. These servers comprise the internal infrastructure that facilitates the transmission of email between USCG email servers and individual handheld devices such as TREOS running the Goodlink communications software. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this service to Good Technology Inc. It is the Government's belief that only Good Technology, Inc. or one of it??s value added reseller (VAR) or carrier partners can furnish the required services and ensure the items proper operation. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above services are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within 10 days of this announcement. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirements. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
