The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Project Mutual Telephone Association, Inc¿s 507 G ST Rupert, ID, 83350-164, for telephone/fax services at the Minidoka Field Station located in Rupert, Idaho. Telephone and fax services will be provided year round. The period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is 517110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.
