Contract for construction oversight, agency consultation and coordination, revegetation oversight, and reporting for the 2013 Riverdell Unit Restoration Project, Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Mitigation Project

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price, sole source contract to Allred Restoration, Inc. for construction oversight, agency consultation and coordination, revegetation oversight, and reporting for the 2013 Riverdell Unit Restoration Project, Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Mitigation Project. This procurement will be a sole source contract for continuation of a project performed by Allred Restoration, Inc. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being advertised under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541620, with a small business size standard of $14 million. All responsible sources may submit a response. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
