Notice of intent to award a HUBZone sole-source pursuint to FAR 19.1306 - HUBZone sole source awards: The Natchez Trace Parkway, a division of the National Park Service, intends to award a sole-source HUBZone set-aside for a house renovation in Tupelo, Lee County, Mississippi to Clopton Contractors, Inc.. In accordance with FAR 19.1306 the Government will negotiate directly with Clopton Contractors, Inc.. The house will be renovated to accomodate new office space. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a soliciation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $55,000. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $31.0 million. This notice is not the solicitation. The solicitation package will be provided toClopton Contractors, Inc. on or about Septemeber 3, 2011, with the proposal due no later than Septemeber 18, 2011.
