Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source ProcurementROMBOUGH, CHRISNAICS 541712 / PSC B534 The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Portland Oregon intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for research on the Columbia Spotted Frogs (Rana luteiventris). Mr. Rombough has assisted in projects before and we are looking for his expertise and continuity of information on this contract. No solicitation or request for quote is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the US FWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than Aug 22, 2011, by COB to be considered.
