Quagga and Zebra Mussel Action Plan (QZAP) Pilot Lab Testing Program and QZAP Workshops

The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a sole-source basis to Dr. Marc Frischer, 205 PIERPONT AVE SAVANNAH, GA 31404-2449. The requirement is for Quagga and Zebra Mussel Action Plan (QZAP) Pilot Lab Testing Program and QZAP Workshops. Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 6.302-1. This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures with an intended period of performance of twelve months plus two option months. Anticipated award date is July 20, 2011. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 12:00 pm MST, July 14, 2011, which shall be considered by the agency.
