The National Park Service, Isle Royale National Park, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract for the Lease of Public Safety Communication System in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(C) (1) to the State of Michigan.

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEOGOTIATE and AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The National Park Service intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with The State of Michigan, MPSCS, 40000 Collins Rd., P.O. Box 30631, Lansing, Michigan 48909. The State of Michigan is a government agency that will provide Communication System and Facility for the Installation of ISRO's communication link equipment on the Michigan Public Safety Communication System for Isle Royale National Park, Houghton, MI 49931 as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 (C)(ii)(B).
