Notice of Intent: The Bureau of Reclamation, Dakotas Area Office, Dickinson Dam intends to award to Stark County Sheriff's Department a purchase requirement for Security/Surveillance Patrols. The proposed action is for services for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirement. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is December 1, 2010.
